Hunger is a real and growing problem in the 21st century, where hundreds of millions of people go to bed without a meal each night and thousands literally die for want of food every day. As the world's population grows, the need for food increases at a time when a growing number of agricultural resources are being diverted to other uses, such as bio-fuels. So how did we come to live in a world where a small handful have so much as so many people have nothing at all? Filmmaker Neil Hollander created the film F Comme Faim (aka H For Hunger) as a consciousness raising tool to make viewers aware of the issues of poverty and hunger, the human consequences of our current global inaction, and the need to organize others to stop this crisis before its too late. Featuring actor and musician Henry Rollins, H For Hunger was an official selection at the 2008 London International Documentary Film Festival.
